Established in 2018 by Efthymios Peratikos, Domostatica is a leading civil and structural engineering firm that operates throughout Cyprus.
Our firm provides a range of engineering services, including structural design, structural assessment, quantity surveying and on-site inspections. What makes Domostatica distinctive is our focus on structural optimization.

Efthymios Peratikos
Founder & CEO, NTUA, MEng, MBA
Efthymios Peratikos is a highly experienced Civil and Structural Engineer, founder and Managing Director of Domostatica. He is a holder of a Master of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering (MEng) from the prestigious National Technical University of Athens and a holder of a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from CCCU Kent, United Kingdom.
Efthymios is known for his energetic nature, his motivation and his passion for his profession and he is personally involved in all the projects of Domostatica.
Before founding Domostatica, Efthymios worked for reputable companies in the United Kingdom, Greece and Cyprus and was involved in the design and construction process of multiple important projects. Some significant roles of him include his position as the main Structural Engineer (site inspector) of City of Dreams Mediterranean, the biggest project in Cyprus (€500 Million) and the biggest Integrated Casino Resort in Europe; his Structural Engineer role in the design of the Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA) in Aberdeen, United Kingdom, a €400M world-class development. Furthermore, he contributed as a Structural Engineer at the reputable firm of AECOM, actively participating in the “Civil Assessment Framework Agreement (CAFA)” the UK’s Network Rail’s €350 million project.
He is an avid sports enthusiast and a dedicated dad.
